About Me
I am a Nutritional Health Coach and Yoga Teacher who uses a holistic approach to improve health choices and behaviours.
As a Health Coach I help clients improve food relationships and habits, to enhance every aspect of their lives. I specialise in helping individuals who struggle with negative food relationships and those who want to improve their eating habits.
I am also passionate about spreading the transformational nature of yoga practices for physical and mental health.
I am trained in Power Yoga and Yin Yoga, and harness the dualities of these styles to offer accessible and effective classes suiting every need.
I believe that health lays the foundation for a happy life. When we look after our minds and bodies, everything else falls into place and we can enjoy life from a feeling of true vitality.
Through my Health Coaching and Yoga Teaching, I help clients discover their healthiest and happiest selves. I believe this comes with tuning in to your body and listening to what it needs. I’m here to support this process and act as an accountable partner throughout.
