The Method

Together we will uncover the reasons behind your negative relationship with food. Using my holistic approach we will dive into every aspect of your life to find which parts aid you in your healing and which parts no longer serve you.

Empower

Once we have uncovered the reasons behind your food struggles, we work together to empower you with the right mindset, behaviours and habits to strengthen your positive food relationship. Together we build a personalised approach of what works for you, what motivates you, and what makes you feel confident and trusting of yourself.

Instill

Lastly, we work to instill these actions into your life. The goal is to create sustainable change. We set you up so that your changes in attitude and lifestyle will remain, and stick with you through a long life of health and happiness.
