Meet Your Teacher

I found yoga when I was 16, and started practising as part of my weekly exercise routine. I quickly realised that yoga spans so much more than the physical practice. It is truly a way of living a peaceful and harmonious life. With the practices of regulating your breath, physically moving your body to balance between strength and ease, and finding mental clarity through meditation, yoga brings a sense of self-awareness and inner peace to regular practitioners.

I am qualified in Power Yoga and Yin Yoga. I am also trained in guided meditation and breath work.

Power Yoga is a vigorous and dynamic physical practice. It is a wonderful way to build strength, increase cardiovascular fitness and increase mobility.

Yin Yoga is a slower practice, mostly based on seated or reclined postures. It is a great way to increase flexibility and relieve stress.

When harnessed properly, yoga brings so many physical and mental benefits. In my life, I have been blessed to experience a true sense of peace and freedom with the practice, which has brought me success in so many parts of my life; my health, my career, my personal relationships and my learning and development. I am very passionate about sharing this power with others.
