I discovered yoga at 16, and what began as exercise evolved into a way of living - a practice that brings balance, inner peace, and self-awareness into every part of life.
Through breathwork, movement, and meditation, yoga helps us feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to ourselves.
I'm trained in Power Yoga, for building strength and energy, and Yin Yoga, for deep relaxation and stress relief. I also guide breathwork, meditation and sound baths to support your mental clarity and well-being.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning after a break, my Beginner’s Courses and studio classes are designed to help you feel confident, supported, and inspired on the mat.
