My Journey to Health Coaching
After struggling with a series of health conditions, including eczema, a PCOS diagnosis and an unhealthy relationship with food, I became aware of the innate haling power of our bodies.
Nutrition is such a formative part of our health; the right nourishment can alleviate and heal a multitude of health issues such as poor sleep, digestive problems, depleted energy, depression and anxiety.
I have a holistic approach to wellness, and whilst nutrition forms the foundation of my practice, I also consider other aspects in your life that are either giving or taking away from your feeling of health and vitality.
This approach not only crates sustainable change but also encourages you to reflect on your life and how to truly make the most out of the way you live.

Good nutrition has the ability to transform our lives in many ways. When we listen to our bodies and nourish them in the ways they need, our general wellbeing improves.
I believe in a non-restrictive approach to nutritional health. When possible we should be able to enjoy all the foods that agree with our bodies, and see food as a source of pleasure and nourishment rather than something to be restricted or feared. Not only is this the easiest way to make positive changes, it is the only way to fully implement them long term. Restriction is often not sustainable, and the point of improving your nutrition choices is to achieve better health not only for now but also your future self.

My signature 12 week programme Finding Food Freedom, built to free those who struggle with unhealthy food relationships or disordered eating, to live their healthiest and happiest life.
An in person session, where we take a trip to your local supermarket and I show you the groceries to include into your weekly shop. We then go back to your house where I teach you some recipes to incorporate healthy dishes seamlessly into your life!
